Laura Dodd

Mrs. L. M. Dodd was born in Chicago, Illinois. After completing Hi School, she attended and graduated from New Tribes Linguistic Institute in Wisconsin. She and her husband lived and worked in Papua New Guinea from 1964-87, and they were involved in teaching literacy to several groups of people there. They also lived in New Zealand, Australia and visited other countries, which allowed them to gain a broader outlook of other cultures and woldviews. Since returning to the USA she has been involved in teaching at various leves. She has enjoyed teaching at Agape English Language Institute since August 2001. She continues to develop her knowledge as an ESL teacher and hopes to receive an ESL certificate in the near future. Her hobbies include gardening, sowing, cooking, and reading.
